- Congruence Model is a tool based on the principle that an organization’s performance is derived from four elements: tasks, people, formal structure, and informal culture. It identifies where congruencies and incongruencies exist in bringing a strategy to life and delivering results.
- Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) focuses on six (6) core elements that reflect who you are and how you approach organizational challenges. Measures where your organization is and where you want it to be. This helps us to formulate a culture action plan.
Teams are dynamic, ever changing. Supporting your teams with structure and principles will provide a good foundation for delivering objectives and results. Enabling structures include Team Charters, Decision Making Processes, and Managing Conflict. Providing opportunities and making time for Team Building are important as well to help build collaboration and trust among team members.
