Organizational Development

You must create and shape the organization that is best equipped to deliver your strategy. Building a winning culture requires deliberate design and organizational development. Imagine leading and working in an organization where everyone is contributing to their fullest potential!

High Performing Organizations and Winning Cultures

Learn and apply current tools in building High Performing Organizations and Winning Cultures. Some of the tools we use include:

  1. Congruence Model is a tool based on the principle that an organization’s performance is derived from four elements: tasks, people, formal structure, and informal culture. It identifies where congruencies and incongruencies exist in bringing a strategy to life and delivering results.
  2. Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) focuses on six (6) core elements that reflect who you are and how you approach organizational challenges. Measures where your organization is and where you want it to be. This helps us to formulate a culture action plan.

Teams are dynamic, ever changing. Supporting your teams with structure and principles will provide a good foundation for delivering objectives and results. Enabling structures include Team Charters, Decision Making Processes, and Managing Conflict.

Carefully planned Team Building activities are important to help build collaboration and trust among team members. We are available to design, organize, and facilitate your Team Building activities; whether onsite or offsite.

Develop Your People

Put in place formal structures and subsequent training to develop your people. Examples include:

  1. Managing Inclusion provides tangible levers for Inclusion. This is an experiential workshop enabling all participants to explore and reflect on ways to be included and to include others. These methods can be applied in most situations to maximize inclusion in an organization.
  2. Career Planning through Reflection, Career Maps, Personal Branding, Skill Development, Pipeline Development and Succession Planning, Formal Coaches/Sponsors/Mentors, and Networking and Advocacy.

“Our Home Office had experienced rapid growth in a short amount of time. This growth led to several challenges amongst team members who had worked with the company ‘since the beginning’ and new team members who were trying to find their place within the organization. Maria was an integral part of bringing the two teams together. Maria provided guidance to all of us through her Organizational Development and Managing Inclusion Programs which, ultimately, led us to a place of trust and acceptance. It is because of Maria’s insight that we now have a team of people who work together and support one another!”
